Automatic Mix-Blend System is mainly composed of vibration host, electrical distribution box, touch screen control cabinet, several set linear weigher, conveyor and roller mixer.

This trail mixing system can automatically complete the work of measurement and combination. Man-machine interface, touch screen operation, PLC real-time tracking, the machine has a single-bucket single-use mode. The whole machine is made of stainless steel except for electrical parts.

The main function of the equipment: ABCDEFGH a total of 8 work stations as an example, can be freely combined formula. The working station and formula ratio can be freely adjusted, stored and accessed according to the actual situation.

The equipment can choose the ratio of 2 stations, 3 stations, 4 stations, 5 stations, 6 stations, 7 stations and 8 stations at will for automatic mixing.

Take 10000g (10kg) of four materials as an example:

A-25%(2500g), B-10%(1000g), C-30%(3000g), D-35%(3500g), the system will automatically weigh the ingredients according to the working station and the proportioning weight of this formula, and then convey into the roller mixer to final mixing.

Finally, the trail mix nuts can enter into bins or supersacks directly, or can connect directly with the hopper of packing machine or the hopper of elevator, etc, it can achieve online work.
