The machine uses a high-precision Piston Filler tailored to liquid and paste viscosities—from thin liquids (e.g., fruit syrups) to thick creams (e.g., body lotions). The filler's adjustable speed and pressure prevent dripping and ensure consistent filling volume, critical for avoiding product waste.
To eliminate leakage, it combines heat sealing with ultrasonic welding for double-layer sealing. A built-in cooling station rapidly cools sealed areas after packaging, preventing seal damage from hot liquids (e.g., sauces) and ensuring long-term package integrity.
